A mixed experience at the hotel. Rooms were a bit small and had some issues with late-night service. However, the friendly and efficient service made up for it. The location is excellent for beach and nightlife enthusiasts, but there were some disturbances. The dining provided a mix of experiences, from long wait times to delicious meals.

The hotel room was quite small, only suitable for a single bed and not very practical as it couldn't be locked from the inside. It was noisy and not very effective, but one positive was the noise level. The service was exceptional, particularly from Theresa who even left a bottle of champagne for my husband's birthday. The location, while in need of upgrades, was convenient to shops and bars, a short ride to entertainment areas. The receptionist during check-in was unfriendly, which left a negative impression. The dining experience varied, with some difficulty in communication but excellent service on other occasions.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was very cold despite the receptionist trying to adjust the heating, which ended up being noisy and ineffective. Waiting to access amenities late at night was inconvenient. The breakfast had its shortcomings with poorly prepared items. On the bright side, the service was friendly and accommodating.
